Maserati in good customer care shock

I was invited to join Maserati Insiders which is essentially market research into their EV future and involves some online surveys. Having done a few I was sent a Pininfarina 'pen' which retails at £125. TBH it's not much use as a pen but is a very nice desk ornament.

I was then invited to give feedback on my ownership and thoughts on the new GT which was a 15/20 mins zoom call with Italy. I then got an email saying they would send me a thank you and a couple of days later a very nice watch arrived. There isn't the same one on the website (so it's probably end of line) but a similar one is c. £300.


Very pleasantly surprised by both.

Very pleasantly surprised by both.

Very nice, they keep sending me emails with an extra £3500 off a Ghibli. Watch is better value.

I got the invite and the "Pen" (which is useless) but never got the invite for the Zoom or the watch.....and I bought my GT NEW at the dealer......
