I've heard traders say you make your money on cars when you buy them, not when you sell them. I agree with that when buying too. IMO, 12months ago, £47k was all the money for that car - photo's and price suggest its a Meridien car7k loss in 12 months...and thats if he gets his 40k for it, which I would guess will be haggled a little, so say 10k...gulp

Its lovely and if its what you want, its probably worth £40k. For me though, I dont see the premium over a standard car ast £6-10k. Maybe it'll be more collectable in the futrue?
I with the chap well though. Having watched (obsessively) GS's of late, I personally dont see it selling quickly.
