On a cycle ride 10 mins from home spotted a chap admiring his 2011 Black GTS MC Shift
Of course I stopped and we chatted.
He had it on approval from a local garage (mixed reports) and was checking out what needed to be done before he committed to it
Wheels need dressing, skirt under the boot lid needs addressing and he (Chris) was checking out other stuff too
He has been promised a service before i(f) he buys and so he is weighing up the cons
Black interior with white stitching.
Seems a decent chap so I told him about this forum.
If he goes for it that will be 2 GT's and my QP all within 1/2 mile (getting coomon as muck now)
If he does not go for it it will be back at the local garage and I may have a wander down......................................

Bright (and I mean bright) orange GT south bound on the A68 around 2.30pm on Christmas Eve. Not sure exactly where we were other than a bit north of Darlington! It looked horrific.

Yes afraid so.
I looked there at a QP about 18 months ago and I walked away. Its last service was at the Armouries in Thornaby, - never heard of them and they sent it on to Falcon for a service
As I say I have heard mixed reports about Acklam
They are sending it to Falcon for a service, I think they (Falcon) are pretty good - I have used them a couple of times, so at least it will have a decent service. I don't know how many miles it has done or how many owners or history, the chap (Chris) said it came from London somewhere via a PX

On Xmas day, I was behind a '14 reg QP whilst driving along the Finchley Rd heading towards Central London.
At one point I stopped behind him at some lights, when he put the car into reverse. I for a moment wondered if he had recognised my car as also being a Maserati, and was trying to signal me. Although more likely he wanted to go into neutral, and thanks to the quirky gear selector went into reverse by mistake!!

3200 (I think) spotted enroute to Middlesbrough on Dixons bank 2pm ish today
I waved but he/she was passed me in an instant
I noticed the colour was unusual
It appeared to be a dull light blue/green shade
I think this is the first one I have seen
Must get out more!

Just returned from a trip to Melbourne.... saw more Maserati's there in a fortnight than I've seen in a year in the uk.... Mainly Black..

Black GTS driven by a fit bird in bright pink wedges picking up her burger from Ziggys in Carlisle st

Black Spyder on the Nepean Highway.... and another, possibly the same outside the Golden Nugget on Lonsdale st.

New Ghibli in Beaumaris near Black Rock..

Possible a couple of double spots of the same cars...

Anyone here recognise themselves... esp the girl with good taste in Burgers, cars and footwear ... ?
