Tonight 22.00 Park Lane London driving past in mine as GranTurisimo turned into Park Lane Hotel... very nice black & shiney but West End of London was hammered this evening with loads of it closed off! Must be something going on tomorrow?

I accept it was an easy spot but it was the first time I'd taken mine to the West End... I'd gone out in the monrning to go to work & was running late... Van was blocked in so it was easier to take the Maserati (honest guv!) took my suit and other regalia with me just in case and ended up getting stuck at the office in Peckham an hour more than I wanted that meant I had to drive straight there via Vauxhaull Bridge... Knowing the proximity of St. James's Street to todays event I was prepaired for a bit of a struggle to park but the problem I had not expected was that most of the bays in the area were suspended from 18:30 meaning immediate tow away if found! I wanted to park tilll about 21:30. Still dineing after overlooking Pall Mall Saw many of the Royals arriving with escorts. Flippin chaos leaving though... but glorious blasting through the East End as no plod out there!

In the Honda, so didn't wave, just sat behind it for a bit smiling to myself
