My 3200 GTA for sale!

Dear all,
It's been a while since I posted, and I'm now back for one of the saddest reasons - to offer up my lovely 3200 for sale...
I've two kids (and a nanny!) now and with a possible move to Australia next year, I can no longer justify having the trident on the drive (add to that, my hand is being forced!). Don't feel too sad for me though - I'm going to get to drive a 14 yr old freelander instead:battered:

Some of you may know that I'm the second forum member (albeit quiet for a while) who's owned this car, so it's got a good pedigree! Mark (MAF260) was the previous owner and I'm sure can also vouch for what a bulletproof 3200 it is!

Here are the details:

The car's a 'W' reg 2000 year 3200 GTA.
Automatic transmission
84,100 miles
Tax: 6 months, MOT: 6 months
Grigio Alfieri (charcoal grey) exterior
Cream/light grey leather interior
All the keys are present (two black and one red) and the code card too
4 owners

Additional factory options:
Electric heated memory seats
Skyhook suspension
Remote boot opener

Other stuff:
Stainless steel rear exhaust boxes by MIJ Performance with a lifetime guarantee (less noisy than Larini/Tubi)
Stainless steel wheel nuts
Upgraded Infinity Speakers
ZENEC ZE-NC510 head unit with Sat nav, bluetooth phone connection/iPod jack (for iPod classic) and CD/DVD player
Battery isolator
Full set of part worn winter tyres

Full Maserati (initially main dealer and then independent) service history with all stamps and every MOT.
Marios at Autoshield in Manchester has been looking after my car since March 2010 when I bought it, and I've spared nothing in keeping her at her very best!
I've got a massive file of receipts and can even provide tax discs back to 2008 (if anyone else is as sad as me)
Last serviced in April 2013 when fluids and filters were replaced.
Cambelt last changed in Feb 2012.

New/Recent (within last year):
Rear tyres
Coil springs
Battery
Lambda Sensors
Handbrake shoes
Drop Links
Brake Pipes
Alloy wheels blasted and resprayed

The asking price is £10,500. Great value for a well sorted car that's proven itself to be reliable and has had all the usual 3200 bits and pieces sorted out over the years. It's never let me down or left me stranded anywhere. Any inspection is welcome – this car has nothing to hide.

Please PM me if you're interested, I'm happy to chat about the car and answer any questions you might have - I thought I'd offer it up to the forum first for a couple of weeks and then head down the ebay route if there are no takers!

Thanks,
Chris

Let's know if you do come down under and we can help you find a new Maser down here...or you can bring it duty free with you and you'll get about 20,000 quid for her.
Cheers

Nooooo! Sorry to see you selling her, Chris.
i can vouch that she was a peach in my 3-4 year ownership and she was maintained regardless of cost. One very important thing that Chris hasn't mentioned in the ad is that I had the cam chains replaced not long before I sold her to him, an expensive job that many don't have carried out. The provenance of this car is supported by a huge file of paperwork that I know Chris has continued with.

Please put some pics up, Chris. I'd love to see how she looks. GLWS, the new owner will be a lucky person.

Hi guys, thanks for the comments!

Mark - am feeling the same pain I'm sure you did! Hopefully like you I'll return to the marque before too long - quattroportes are sensible family cars right?

I've got pics from July last year, will add them tomorrow if I can remember how, is there a file size maximum?
