Just heard Chris Evans talking about this on Radio 2 and someone called Andy phoned in saying his Maserati 3200 (three two hundred :) ) is poorly needing a new clutch and could he take the bbread van instead? Chris said "Niiiice" when he read out the Maserati bit!

Anyone taking theirs to work on Friday or driving it?

Coincidentally, I'll be taking my QP into town to show it to Nareman of Nuvola who's going to sell it for me. So, I sort of will be driving it to work. :)

So soon!? You havent had it long, have you? What you replacing it with? Tell me a 4.7 QP! :)

Christ, I will have to try and start the Opel GT, now that will be a challenge.

I've had it for fifteen months. Last year it served the family well for two trips over to France. But, we have no long jaunts planned this year and I just don't drive it for fun. It's too big for driving in London and so, it sits under its all weather cover, plugged into the mains, doing not very much. So, I decided to sell.

Having said that, we're off to Suffolk for a week on Sunday with it. As a cross country cruiser, it's sublime.

As for a replacement. I really miss my 4200. So, either another one of those. Or, a GS. Or, dare I say it, a 993. I've always had a hankering for an air cooled Porsche. I think I need to scratch that itch.

Marios, I would not mind seeing that when I am next over your way, sounds good..!!

Elliott, surely not changing a Maser for a Porch, that's not an itch that needs scratching at all, put some cream on it and get a GS, far better..!!

It will be one or the other. I don't think I could go back to a 4200. Just because the new one won't be MY old car.

But, I've got to sell the QP first. So, if anyone wants full details then PM me. :)
