It is not an age thing, nothing to do with it at all. Call up the likes of Adrian Flux and Footman James and tell them you want a limited mileage classic policy for your Maserati.

Hi Phil - I did get a limited mileage policy of 6k miles with Bridle insurance - I did try Adrian Flux but they were nowhere near.
Thanks for the advice.

Just keep your old Maser's bog standard and try and keep the miles low...in a few years time the prices are going to rise sharply..

Lets face it there ain't many good ones left now, let alone in three years time!

To be honest I bought mine because I wanted it, I have no idea if I will sell it but being that I rarely do I somehow doubt it. If it happens to go up in value that would be nice but the pleasure I have already had from the car means it owes me nothing.

In most cases tasteful mods will not detract from a good cars value too much especially if a future owner if they wish can return it back to standard. In the case of 3200's at least numbers remaining will probably be the key factor.

The splitter looks good but each to there own.

The key word there is 'tasteful' De gustibus non est disputandum and all that

I don't mind it, but personally don't think it adds anything
