I'm new to Maserati ownership having bought the car last October. I had concerns it would attract the wrong sort of attention, that couldn't be further from the truth. There's a lot of appreciation for the brand which I'm now starting to understand.

The public love Maserati's because they have class without being ostentatious.

You've made a good choice , welcome to the forum.

A QPV1 eh?
Never seen one in the flesh, rumour has it they are a tad on the large side.
Some pictures are mandatory - please

Welcome.

I'm in a Ghibli this week as my car is being fitted with the entire parts bin of Maserati UK. A QPVI makes sense as I'm actually finding the Ghibli a bit tight for the family.

Greypaul emailed me earlier today offering a good spec 2015 QP6 Diesel with 6k on it, for...... £45k. That's a fair drop in 10 months.

Are there 12 of you , a Ghibli is huge

You say that but there are a few things where it feels otherwise:
-wide transmission tunnel in the front;
-tight distance from front edge of rear seat to B pillar (getting your feet in);
-silly amount of projection of front arm rest into rear cabin; and
-shallow boot height opening.

Still it looks nice and is remarkably easy to drive quickly despite the grabby brakes and overlight low speed steering that many modern cars have.

Thank you for the warm welcome. Yes it's enormous and me trying to find somewhere I am happy to park the car and more importantly it fits, drives Mrs CJC mad.

Hopefully my attempt to upload a picture has worked, Outside a restaurant a young chap called it "Full mafia hitman spec." It's a daily driver so it is just the diesel.
