A cross between a Ford Probe and a Lotus Esprit V8!

It's been a very protracted purchase as it's taken about 7 weeks to track it down and persuade the previous owner to let it go from his collection. I'll collect it next week so will post a few more pictures then. It's the first French car I've had since my 205 GTI in 1989.
Doesn't weigh too much, so the 320 BHP of twin turbo fun makes it comparable to its Maser contemporary, the 3200.

I was chatting to a mate yesterday who wants a Alpine GTA, I said I'd rather have a Venturi. In blue. And look what you've bought.

Rare is the word. This is the end of the line, being produced in their final year. They only built, as far as I can ascertain, 4 of these twin-turbo Atlantiques. Two in RHD and two in LHD. It's the stunning looks and ultra rarity that made me want to find and buy one. Its been a hard slog to get it, so hope its worth it!

Ewan, so jealous....just love them. Drove an earlier model way back which was Bright yellow. Feel in love with them ever since. One rare car and a true Esprit rival back in the day.Think they had the same gearbox
