One can also get fresh oysters at Porlock Weir. I don't like oysters . Nice trails (by feet) all around, nice combes when the sun shines. This is a North Devon route in the area between Taunton and Barnstaple.
Mostly scenic, plus a hairpin-filled toll road at Porlock, apparently. I haven't driven it yet.
