It looks really good in that red , doesn't seem like there's much legroom behind the driver though

That's the one the OP has bought I think, Ewan's old car.

We've a Shamal for sale at the moment which has had a rolling restoration so will be as good as any out there, I do love it in red though.

There is ZERO legroom behind the driver - even a short driver. The back seats are for shopping, not people. My 4 year old daughter couldn't even fit in mine.

But so what? No one buys a Shamal for its "family friendly" skills!

£45k in a Shamal is a far better bet than the equivalent spend in a Gran Tourismo, Ghibli III or QP VI, but don't expect it to be quite so useable. But if all you want is a high days and holidays fun car, that you can sell for more than you paid for it a few years down the line, a Shamal could well be a good choice.

Red is a great colour for these, the first one I saw was red and I still prefer it to any other colour

It's funny, when I look at the 3200/Coupe from some angles I can see the Shamal.

You can ? Your eyes must work different to mine. The Shamal is all lines and edges, aggressive and purposeful. The 3200 / Coupe is numerous subtle curves that pull you into seeing a different detail every time you look.

It's a bit like comparing Paint by Numbers with one of the great Impressionist Artists
