Now; it’s suspension!

Oh, my car does like a warning light!!

The latest being ‘check suspension’.

My car is already booked in on the 26th to get the parking sensors fixed, squeaky seat ‘un-squeaked’ and check out the highly-strung TPMS. Shall I just add Suspension to the list of jobs or should it be going in sooner? Other than the light there are no visible signs that there’s an issue.

Thoughts (or is a light not enough information?).

Cheers.

Yes, new battery 4 weeks ago, then flattened last weekend by a 'rogue' courtesy light. Charged back up and no issues since. Could this maybe be a battery-hangover?

Always a possibility. Less likely if it's alone....

Personally I would go for a 'year zero' approach. Dis-connect the battery for half and hour, re-connect, go for a reasonable drive and then park up on a trickle charger overnight and see where you are the next day.

Mine does this from time to time if the battery has gotten all tired and emotional!
These cars do throw up spurious codes if the battery is less than 100%. The quickest and easiest way to deal with it is to have an OBD2 code reader to hand to investigate the fault and, if satisfied all ok, try the reset.

I bought my cheap OBD2 code reader from e bay - something like this is fine :https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CarFault-Code-Reader-Scanner-Diagnostic-OBD2-OBDII-EOBD-Engine-Fault-LCD-display/122101272727?fits=Car+Make:Maserati&epid=1181900315&hash=item1c6dcd9097:g:G-oAAOSw0UdXwAfK:rk:21:pf:0

I use it maybe twice per year - The car will either give me a secondary air fault or a suspensions fault (like yours) if the battery is allowed to go down too far.
A quick reset, and then a cautious check and I'm good to go. Any real fault will quickly reappear.
edited to add, I managed to work out that the suspensions fault light on mine was triggered by a combination of low battery and parking on uneven ground. The poor girl couldn't cope with the combo!

Surprised that lets you reset suspension codes, but there you go :)

I agree. But for some reason it has let me. I just do a code read, and then clear all codes. The action of clearing resets the suspension - unless it's just an amazing coincidence, but it's worked 3 times so far! ( in 4 years)
