Saw this article today. Interestingly it says " more than 800 exotic cars worth nearly $100 million have come into Australia in the last five years under the Registered Automotive Workshop Scheme which operates outside conventional manufacturer and dealer networks. The cars include 397 Ferraris, 151 Lamborghinis and 253 Maseratis imported by a handful of workshops spread across the country ...

Also says " Figures obtained by Fairfax Media reveal almost one in three Ferraris, Maseratis and Lamborghinis reaching Australia are “grey import†second-hand cars sourced from overseas."

Here's a link to the article http://www.drive.com.au/motor-news/aussies-cashing-in-on-halfprice-supercars-20130927-2uig4.html

The showroom in the photos is where I have my car serviced in Sydney.

Looks like your having fun over there Bruce...
Except for race tracks, is there anywhere in AUS you can give them full death on public roads, like out in the desert stuff!

Not a surprise at all Bruce given we know how much these cars cost new in our market.

I know there's one dealer in Sydney that regularly imports all sorts of UK Masers.

Was going to buy a UK import GT from them recently.

Was hesitant because wasn't sure of its history and as you know, don't want to get stuck with any car, especially an exotic, which has been poorly maintained.
