I saw that earlier. The Alfa Spider looks in good nick as well.

There's also a nice QP GT which was only up to 9k earlier.

Assuming it is the next lot and not the S3 check the MOT history. Few advisories in there that suggest it isn't a bargain at estimated price.

Do people really pay 60K for an old Sierra ?

At the Classic Car Show last Sunday some guy bought a Series 1 Escort RS with only 5k miles on for 54k plus fees (total £60k). It's a CVH engine and they were pretty dire!

Madness I tell you!

I was doing the man thing and looking through auotrader / ebay /pistonheads etc last night. Looking at F355's and thinking its ridiculous surely this bubble will burst. (Whacked myself a few times as I very nearly bought one for £ 28.5k approx 4 or 5 yrs ago.) But if a classic ford is worth 60k then maybe they are worth 80 +. I can't believe how much classics have gone up.

Almost bought a 308/328 4 years ago for £20k being immaculate examples. Bought a new Alfa instead and lost a fortune on it. Check the Ferrari prices now!
Can't see them continuing to climb and some classic car mags suggesting prices have peaked and stuff not selling as easily as a year should. But I was wrong before............

Very hard to tell but at the price they are now a GS is a good car to buy whether it makes you a few thousand or not! I don't think they are the best investment around in the 20 - 30k bracket though.

There is not one Ferrari older than five years going down in price now, if there is please show me where it is.
Older Ferrari's.............better than money in the bank
