Oil Pressure

Having just changed the pressure sensor, the gauge is working remarkably well. The needle is moving as quick as the tachometer. (Not quite as quick as the fuel gauge though:) )
The reading at tickover with a warm engine is 2.4 bar and with a hot (90C) engine it drops to around 2.2.
The gauge hits 5 bar at 2000 rpm warm and 2400 when it's hot.
Not bad for an 86k engine that's coming up for service.

Enjoy while it lasts ;-) you'll be fitting another one next year. Seem to be a consumable part on Maseratis.

I've got the knowledge from this forum, the experience from having a go myself and the tool for it from eBay with a modification thrown in from the local workshop. I'm ready for the next time!
