Who would take their Maserati on the beach - even worse what sort of idiot attempts to pull it flat out like that - adds up to an expensive day at the beach and what was it attached to surely there are towing points designed to take the strain

That nothing, a brand new Lambo Aventador got chucked it to the bushes on cold tires by some local Stoke City footballer player who should have known better!
It was there for 24 hours in the lane with police tape all over, it was smashed to pieces when the recovery guys came the next morning!

seems to me like the tow guy didn't give a sh1t and must of known it would rip out like that, no slack taken up and just gave it some beans, must have had a bad day, couldn't have been attached to a towing eye as already mentioned
