A lady in a Discovery backed into the rear bumper of my parked GranTurismo yesterday (I was sitting in it at the time) - only a touch but it's a 2ish ton vehicle so I was worried. I was particularly unimpressed when she said “I knew I shouldnt have tried that when my sensors are out of order†- however, held my tongue, swapped details and told her not to let it ruin her day.
Anyway no real damage except one of the parking sensors has been popped inside the rear bumper, and some surrounding scratches which should polish out.
This is the first such thing I've had to deal with since getting the GT, where should I be taking it for what is hopefully a pretty small job (at her cost obviously). Car is near on 10 years old so no need for main dealer (unless no other options) but equally driving to Kent from Berkhamsted isn't really on the cards.
Suggestions appreciated.
