These "flaps" (for want of a better word) are fitted under the nose of my 2015 Ghibli, just ahead of the front wheels on either side.
I believe they are to guide airflow around/towards the brakes.

What are they called please ?

One is broken due to meeting a game bird who thought he could do a low-flyby under the car. It didn't end well.

I believe they are actually part of the wheel well cover (at least there's nothing else listed on Scuderia)

Nothing to do with the brakes they are scrapers so that you don't do damage to your undercarriage.

Looking at the pics and diagrams, this seems to be part of the front arch liner. The pictures of this show a rubber bit that sits below the undertray, but it’s in one piece. So it seems you have lost a few more bits than you thought.

Mine has the same notched finish, but there's nothing like that on the parts sites. All the same square ones like above

There does seem to be a version with that. Mostly on eBay and Alibaba.
