The cow was totally not bothered by me messing about.
My partner thinks I'm just wonderful.
Dem and his mud Plugger what a thought :)

I know it's a week later than when I took the photo, but pretty chuffed with this one!

Ah yes, the purple helmets; it's a long him since I've seen them displaying.

Super rare Mk1 Jensen Interceptor , comes with free brush and pan

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SUPER-RAR...D-OWNED-30-YEARS-99P-NO-RESERVE-/112478226502

In the 1970s my dad had a stall on rugby market, as a kid I used to see this car every Saturday as we drove past it, that was in the mid 70s , I was amazed a couple of years ago when the A14 was blocked so I was back on that road again and it was still there, the ad says 30 years, I think it's more like 40 and it looks like it

The pictures on that ad show the boot intact of sorts in one picture and then missing the next. Same goes for the front screen.

Sad to see a Jensen in that state. Im guessing they may be selling parts off which would explain the different stages of car remains in the pictures.

Before and after scratch removal:

Another 5 hours or so and all the body panels excluding the roof should be at a level im happy with for a 14 year old car that doesnt look like the paint has ever been looked after.

The roof i will tackle at a later point. Laquer needs attention first.

That's tremendous work.

While in France, the GT had three light keyings, despite being left overnight in secure hotel carparks. They're about the same depth as the one you show, i think.

I'd love to know what you used. Did you do it by hand or with a electric polisher?

They are light scratches, but they were made at strategically visual points, near the rear pillar emblem and middle of the door panel. They just offend my eye

That's very impressive - I have several similar on mine, what did you use?

And just in case it all gets too much, you have a handy defibrillator at the ready !

It's been there since the 70s, I think the pictures of it in the garden were taken many years ago, the ones on the back of the truck recently, The guy wouldn't sell it for parts despite being approached many times over decades, he considered it of historical interest so waited for somebody who'd restore it who never came, I assume he's dead now and the house has been sold
