This reminds me of the people on my local town FB group who post things like "What time does Tesco open?", and when I point out that they could have looked that up rather than asking 9,000 people on a FB group, they reply "Well, you didn't have to read my post if you don't like it." [grumble, grumble]

Perhaps we need a while new thread dedicated to inane comments on local FB groups.

Actually, let's not! It would be way, way too unkind. As well as collapsing all faith in human nature and good sense.

I fondly remember my London days in between studies, keeping myself afloat with working for some financial company pretending to be a Lotus 123 pro - London has so many iconic places to visit
