I used the one I found in the shop

You can convert your car to them Ecarca. It's not cheap but a few have done it. There's also an Australian firm that offers a conversion kit.

No the piping and dash are black, as are the carpets.

I've managed to get hold of a copy of the delivery spec on my car which includes the options fitted such as seat piping, blue dash, blue door cards, blue steering wheel etc. from when it was sold new - I'm going to try to find out how much these options cost back in 2005/06.
