yes, they re-drill the hole and put the metal insert, so its stronger than the original one. Because the wheel bolt sitting in the metal insert not the alloy.

The GS wheels are so distinctive and really make the car for me, but I really like those QP wheels for a different look.

I'd love to see a GS on a set of original Stradale wheels. Anyone fancy Photoshopping a picture?
The QP has wheel off sets of 52 front (8.5 wide) and 50.5 rear (10.5 wide).
The GT has wheel off sets of 52 front (8.5 wide) and 37.5 rear (10.5 wide).
GS wheels for comparison are 55 front (8.0 wide) and 52 rear (9.5 wide)
So you can see if QP wheels are fitted with the PCD changed, the front wheels would stick out approx 10mm more, and the rear approx 15mm more, this being the difference in the off set plus half the increase in rim width. So, in this case, no difference to fitting a set of spacers to the standard GS wheels.
The rear GT wheel however, this would stick out over 27mm more, maybe too much, but they could possibly be skimmed by 5mm, so maybe possible...
