OK so I posted on here a few months ago when I was pulling the trigger on a GTS, but it fell through, ended up getting another one, I've wrapped her, GTS MC Shift, she's gorgeous and sounds amazing! Thanks to Stuart on here for the Strad wheels, I'm looking for carbon bits currently! Side grills as I hate chrome! Steering wheel and anything else really! Based in Daresbury.

It won't be to everyones tastes but I've never been one for understated!

Interesting choice in colour. Can't decide if I love it or hate it.

The wheels look great though.

Why not just hydro dip the bits you want in carbon. Much cheaper and looks great. I'm thinking of doing the engine cover on my car as it's just an expanse of black plastic.

That's definitely not understated but i quite like it. Hydro dipping would also be my choice for parts, a lot cheaper than actual carbon and if done correctly looks brilliant.

Yeti on here did it on his Strad, it looked fantastic

thanks guys, Terry of Dimma did the wrap and did a bloody good job, looks great! car was originally black so using that works well,

if anyone can point me into anyone who can hydro dip that would be great, enginee cover, grills, and also the carbon steering wheel!

There were two Aston V12S Volantes on Ryan's run that were that exact colour. 2 of only 7in the world apparently and they certainly stood out on the road! That looks like the Sporting Bears at Aintree. If so, I've done it once and it was fantastic fun; accelerating through 100 whilst catching up to a traffic car with its 'blues and twos' going was slightly surreal!

No, he was taking the kids from the hospice round the track. The sergeant driving was on nights so he only managed to get 2 hours sleep before coming to the event. He spent all day there and was back on at 10 that evening but he said he wouldn't have missed it for the world.

The cops who helped us out at Bournemouth wheels were really sound too and doing 80 in a 30 with outriders escort is surreal too!

That is the colour I was looking to get mine done, having seen it I would be undecided now though, I think it would work better with the side skirts done too, I already have my Alfa romeo wrapped this colour, and I love the colour just unsure it works on the Maserati

When you get it wrapped - how do you look after the wrap? I presume polishing is not required,- how about waxing - and is it shiny like paint?
