Well done fella oak trees grow from small acorns, keep it Italian (and safe) and you will be in a GS before you know it!
Before you do though you must own an Alfa, something with the Arese V6 in it, GTVs are awesome, GT is probably the pick of the bunch, and the 147 is as mad as a box of frogs.
...oh and the 156 GTa, how could I forget.
The TS engine is far better than the JTS, it's a bit pants that one.
Looks in cracking condition Adam. Enjoy the freedom and take in easy. No doubt i will see you at some NW events this year.
1982 Mini Metro was my first car. I can still remember the hyped launch advertising campagin...... " A British car to take on the world !!" .... yeah right ....
Not used her since Sunday, went to reverse it out of the garage this morning and there was a pool of liquid on the floor, my worst nightmare confirmed, oil. I think i caught the sump on the bumpy field at Stanford and this may be the culprit, car is booked in with a trusty local garage on Saturday morning.
Worst case scenario is a new Sump at £55 plus fitting. I am hoping it is the sump bolt which is either not screwed in correctly or is rotten and needs replacing.
Always tend to leak at some point. I tend to repair the sump, with chemical metal paste. Always seals well, sand it, then a quick spray of black, sorted.
