Probably nowadays. Since they split off the Maserati and Ferrari operation in Park Royal things started to change. When they were as one, you’d get lots of free, complementary services and access to top technicians who knew Maseratis and Ferraris so well. I had installed LED sidelights, one of them had come loose and watched as their lead technician did the wheel lock technique.
Since they moved to a stand-alone Maserati service, I noticed their attitude changed. This wouldn’t happen now. So glad I found the likes of Joe Macari and independents, Autofficina who do this sort of complementary stuff for regulars.
