OK Logic puzzle.
There are two places on earth where it is (theoretically) possible to do the following:

1) Walk one mile south
2) Turn due East
3) Walk one mile East
4) Turn due North
5) Walk one mile North

And return to precisely where you started.

Where are they?

Bonus point. What colour are any bears you may meet?

I think there are heaps of places where this can be true plus an extra one starting at the North Pole and all bears encountered are white.

Closest so far. There are technically an infinite number of places where this is true, but they can all be described the same way. North Pole is correct. Bears are indeed white. It's the rest that require 'some' thought

Pick a circle (latitude) near the South pole that is 1 mile in circumference and a starting point 1 mile north of this circle. Then the travels would work
Pick another latitude near the S pole of 1/2 mile in circumference and a start point 1 mile north of this circle. The travels work again but you pass around the 1/2 mile latitude twice
Pick another 1/3 mile etc

Your question, sir :)

Jeremiah Clark was the composer and the bit everyone knows (or should) is played by one instrument from the Brass family.
The alternate name shares the name of that instrument
