Had to read the question twice as I was sure 4 drivers were classified but you are correct only 3 finished the race.

I will let it run for a while as I would have thought some one else would know this answer

Could have a punt as to which track - but as for what year and drivers.....
Remember a lot of carnage at a very wet Monaco a few years back.

If its the race i think it is then its Monaco in the mid 90s and it was very very wet. Coultard was one of the three that finished but i cant remember any more than that.

Olivier Panis won at Monaco after a lot of people conked out crashed etc.
It was his only GP win
Think that;s right, don't know his team though, or the precise year

Correct, and it was 1996 . Coulthard and Herbert were the two Brits. Would you care to set the next question.

Ah well
According to the excellent 'From Our Own Correspondent' on Radio 4 recently, how many countries in the world still use some form of Capital Punishment?
Guesses please and the nearest one gets it, unless someone is bang on.

Rough guess about 60 ish. Quite a few of the middle east and far east countries still have it plus USA and a few others dotted around.

I think there are just under 200 countries in the world, and my guess is a 1/3rd of them , so 65...

Still exists in large swathes of Asia, Far East, Africa, and obviously the USA. However, I think in some countries it's been kept as a matter of law...
