The phrase twice but for a different reason makes me think it might be court cases or trials. Mafia tax evasion or war crimes possibly.

Wild guess but some logic there somewhere.

That's not a bad guess - being from the Black Country.
Basil Fawlty - best to name him before this turns into another alternative question.
Kipper & The Corpse - brilliant.

"Another name in the Fawlty Towers Book of Remembrance"

Ha,

I just read the original post in my head with a 'union shop steward' black country voice and instantly came up with Jasper! - one wonders what he is doing these days...

There are a few wars and conflicts in the middle east for most if not all of the years listed. Has that got anything to do with it ?

Not really enough context to the question. Im sure there are lots of things happened in those years that would be a correct answer. Without any context they probably wont be the answer that MLC is looking for.

Does somebody want to set a question while MLC is MIA. Im sure he will elaborate when he returns.

That's Clem Burke. Blondies Drummer. Not sure of the Siobhan Fahey connection though unless he played drums for something she was in.

Correct. The connection being Clem often played drums for The Eurythmics & Dave Stewart was married to Siobhan at the time.

Over to Allan.

Ok, quick fire, after watching The Hungarian GP. What is the link between Force India and Williams at this race.
