I could also say a wide range of names, possibly a record number of band members for this band...but one name is constant.

I think i know who this is now although i cant answer the question as i used google to narrow things down and the assumption that it may well be a Manchester band given MLC's taste in music.

You may have to give some serious clues MLC. A lot of names could come next.

It is Mark, The Answer being Mark E Smith. Martin, Tony, Una, Steve being Brammah, Friel, Baines and Ormrod respectively, all being the found members of The Fall.

They have had numerous line up changes and according to Wikipedia 66 musicians have played for the band. Which must be a record...
