They all had syphilis, but only Abraham Lincoln was President of the United States, so he is the odd one out. :D
Almost Correct. But not for the reason you give. You needed to look for what is common across all 5 persons. Of course he was the only one to be President. But then Oscar Wilde was the only author. And Capone the only gangster. So not quite there. Lincoln is the odd one out and here is why and what he shares with the other 4:
The answer is:
Edouard Manet was a French modern painter and he died from untreated syphilis

Oscar Wilde was homosexual and a famous author (The Importance of Being Earnest etc) and he died of syphilis.

Al Capone (gangster) died of syphilis.

Frederik Delius was an English composer in late 19th Century. He died of syphilis.

Abraham Lincoln is the odd one out, because he is alleged to have contracted syphilis but died from an assasins bullet in a theatre on Good Friday April 14 1865. He was also the 16th President of the USA. The other 4 had syphilis and died from it and Lincoln is alleged to have had it but did not die from it.

So I was right then.

How were you right then? Your contribution was that Abe died of lead poisoning and the others from herpes??????
Lincoln was killed by an assasins bullet. The others all died of syphilis. Puzzled at the claim that you were right?????

Lead poisoning was a tongue in cheek way of saying Abraham was shot and killed. Thats how i took its meaning at the time.

Cool, here goes....

The great rivals of American cinema from the 70s onwards, Alan Pacino and Bobby DeNiro, famously never shared screen time in a film until the 1990s.

However, they both played the same character in 2 different and unconnected films. Who was that character?
