Okay guys I'm very sorry I haven't posted any serious updates. The responses on the forum have been quick and distracted hoping they came out right because I've been trying to get some of these projects done in-between daily life. So here is some photos for you.
First here is the front bumper again. I had to sand it down because the wind literally picked it up and tossed it leaving road rash on one side.....(please don't ask it's a sore spot and one of the stories you've heard how someone already knew better when they did it).
I thought it came out quite well. If you check this photo directly above look at how the color actually changes in parts of the sunlight.
Now for the rear GS bumper.......so I took a GS bumper that didn't have the sensor holes and measured the exact distance on my current bumper to drill and place them in the GS one. I might add I was quite surprised by the sporadic spacing of the sensor holes on the stock bumper.
Here's the exact reading for the sensor holes on the stock bumper:
Here's an example of how I drilled the holes out on the new bumper.....first after measuring where it was supposed to be I began a pilot hole:
Next I needed a 1" bore bit.....this actually has what looks like a self tapping screw on the end that centers in the pilot hole:
Here's the first measurement after drilling.......little tight;
Use one of these:
remember the original measurement?
adhesive promoter and sealer.....some think both aren't necessary but hey it's my bumper and budget so I get to do what I feel is necessary!
I didn't forget the insides I did the outside first then went to work on all the terrible adhesive they used to keep the screens in:
primer is next:
and since you guys have seen other photos of the base/midcoat/clear in the other thread here is the finished product....sorry took them on a cloudy day so you really aren't going to see the clarity of it well:
Let's not forget the insides I will scratch these areas up when I re-install the grill pieces:
Oh did someone say grill pieces! Just got them back from Brown's Plating out of Kentucky. Cost me about $230 total to re-chrome the front; back and the two small back pieces:
Oh let's not forget the front emblem on the front bumper, it's bigger than a 4200 one so that's brand new as well.
There's a few pieces left yet. I still have to finish the small piece that fits the bottom of the rear bumper, and I am waiting for the front grill trim piece. I will keep you guys updated when I put them on the car.

Looks jagged above.....no worries I began feathering the paint back....ideally each step in the paint will be a 1/4" from Clear to base coat to primer:
