In the Bristol area a roadside Eastern European carwash costs on average £6.00.
When in Wolverhampton yesterday you could get one for £2.00. Are there any cheaper around the UK ?

I use one in Chippenham called the car spa, £5 for the outside (not that I'd use them for the Maserati) and another £5 for the inside.

In Northampton, £5 for outside and another £3 for hoover, windows and wipe over of hard plastics etc. £8 if it is SUV or larger car. You QP boys will probably be paying the extra!

I use one in Banbury, they have cheaper options but I normally have inside and out done and they are VERY thorough taking a brush to the air vents etc for £12.

I do my own Maser but I do have a guy come round once a month to do the Alfa and he does do a fantastic job.

Inside and out, tyre black, rainX all for £18 at our offices.

The local team of lads do a wash for £5 and its a surprisingly good job! (not on the GS).

I must confess, the day I got married, I used the chaps by the Weedon Rd Sainsbury's to do the GS (they've since closed down as the site is being developed).

It pained me to take the GS but it was that or have a dirty GS in wedding pics. It was a £5 and they cracked out all new washing gear, they did a superb job!

Woody you're not alone, when I got married last year, I got the guys in my local Asda to do my wheels for a fiver, great job too. The rest of the car was fine. As shown by the gratuitous wedding photo. (I'm the one in the red tie!)
