Reinstalling dash. Where do these plug into?

Hey. Reinstalling dash after heater core replacement & AC evaporator replacement.
I have found 2 plugs under drivers side, but can’t figure out where they attach. Using the heater core replacement how to, all the cables shown seem to be accounted for. Maybe these weren’t plugged/spares connections? One has a green wire & light blue wire going into a 3 pin connector. The other has a blue wire and black wire going into a 2 pin connector.

And does this big connector clip onto somewhere? It looks like it should, but I can’t find where. Or does it just hang free? The cable from this connector goes into the base of the ignition switch.

I sort of worked out my second question. In this photo from the How To, the big connector appears to be wrapped in an oval something (foam ?) - far right of frame above the go pedal.

Thanks. I don't recall unplugging those two cables. I've looked all around from below and can't see anywhere for them to plug into. Years ago, I recall removing a "Road Angel" device and maybe a tracker, but I don't remember how these were wired in.
