Hi Everyone
Just to say I am back and safe. The ride went as planned and to schedule. I must apologise for not keeping you all in the loop with daily updates as I said I would but I was exhausted at the end of each day. Around 1200 miles is a lot on a bicycle at the age of 74. Especially with the Pyrenees !
I was riding for four deserving NHS charities and the total raised to date including gift aid is around £47,000 and still rising. Hopefully it will hit £50,000.
With your generous help we have raised £4,100 inclusive of Gift Aid for the fantastic Bone Cancer Research in memopry of the brave and unforgetable Ryan. For those who have not donated yet the link which I will post again remains open. What ever you can spare will go towards helping to find a more positive outcome for this cursed disease, Nobody should suffer the anguish and sorrow that Benny and his lovely Sue have suffered losing their son.
Once again thank you so much for your support. Link and a few photos below
