Hi, would appreciate your thoughts on getting the undercarriage and bolts rust proofed? A specialist told me Maserati didn't bother to treat the bolts so it is worth doing - do you concur? Car in question is a QPV GTS 2010

My QP Exec 2007 was checked over 18 months ago and slight rust was taking place. So they pickled it and under sealed it. Took about 1 week as they blamed the cold weather!

If you plan to keep it long term then 100% get it treated.

My GS had suffered subframe corrosion to the extent of me needing to fit a new front subframe, I have heard the early QPV could also suffer serious corrosion. Not sure about the later ones but maybe too early to tell?

Less than 250 Pounds at Krown UK including removing boot liner, wheelarch liners etc and doing inside doors as well as full chassis of course. Find them on Facebook with photos of their work.
