Sleep mode and other queries.

My 996t had a sleep mode that disabled the remote locking and meant that getting in without setting the alarm off was almost impossible. It used to drive me mad. Do 4200/GS have anything similar?
Do you get 2 or 3 sets of seat belts in the back of above masers?
Lastly what would you estimate the order of magnitude difference between running these cars and a Ferrari 456. Weekend use, say 3k a year.
Thanks all.

No
No 2 only as they are bucket seats
Between 1-1.5 per year dependant on which services are req. Not included are major wear n tear items.

Thanks Peter. I need 4 seats but I suppose I need 5 for trips out with parents. Might have to be a QP or GT if I can stretch to it.
I'd really like a 456 and they seem to have avoided the massive uplift of other Ferrari s of that era but I'm rather perturbed with servicing that V12!
To confirm you fell similar costs to 50% more annually plus any big failures.

456 is a expensive car and I was told by Emblem in Poole that it would normally cost double to maintain over my 4200/GSs.

The 456M is the one to go for as it had many of the issues sorted and the dash is far better. Note as well that the doors and windows often leak due to poor fit.

I know my pal Phil ran one for a while before his 360... he is better placed to inform you of costs.
