Day 9/12 done so we now three quarters of the way through. A long day but most of it was on a flat canal bank so it was like riding on crushed velvet apparently! Not much else to report a part from a slight mix up with the hotels and a cross country scramble to find the one we are staying in, which is very nice. Teddy came out to play and he is settling in quite nicely now we let him out of the car once in a while. He is the garçon, although we don't know where he got the beer and cigarette from!
No, the weather was pretty good today. It looked like it was going to rain once or twice but we escaped pretty well. An easy day tomorrow so we are going out for meal and a couple of beers tonight. Matt is going really well and doing brilliantly, but don't tell the idle f*cker I said that!
Ah - same difference! I'm assuming your body remains a temple whilst you are on this ride judging by beer. Is Teddy not playing out today or is he foraging in the jungle you seem to be staying in?
A pretty easy day for us both. The biggest problem I had was adjusting the air-con to the exact temp which was pretty technical. All he had to do was move his legs up and down! Meanwhile, Teddy has shown a willingness to lower his standards towards ours, which resulted in this! Whatever next?!
I hope he doesn't continue to slide down towards MAF!
