What is my best option for exhaust mods guys? An SM x-pipe with either straight through rears or modded GS rears if I can find a 2nd hand set cost effectively?

Going to get my 4200 wishbones checked out for cracks on Sat so will check if my car has Euro or US headers/manifolds.

Anyone want to know anything about my car for whatever reason or any pics of anything while I have her up on a ramp?

SM Straight throughs and x pipe fitted today.........what a vast improvement,and a dramatic change.
The sound varies so much with revs and it reminds of my old tvr chimera burble at tick over.
Get one !!!!!! You know you want too....

If you have GS boxes already your looking at less than a grand to gut the rear boxes, X or H pipe plus secondary decats and squish pipe delete.

If you can, go along to the Ace on March 12th and have a listen to Matts. He's had a full SM exhaust overhaul and you will get a good idea of what can be done for relatively little money.

I fitted my new x pipe just over a week ago and I am very happy. It's not too much of a volume increase on idle just a couple of decibels.
Under load and when coming off the accelerator the crackle and pop is great. Just what I was looking for. Thanks for organising Ben.
