Spotify in my 2015 GT ?

Would like to connect Spotify to my 2015 GT Centennial Stradale. Any help gratefully received, as mechanically I got zero at school..

Do you have a usb plug in, anywhere in the car? If so, you can get a wireless bluetooth connector, and plug that into the USB, and that will allow you to play spotify from your phone, and play the audio via the blue tooth connector to your car audio system.

Your car and system may be different to mine as it is 3 years younger. However in the glove box you may have 1 or 2 USB sockets. One will be an audio and one a charge and audio. You may also have an old fashioned jack socket like a headphones one from days gone by.

You can use these to connect to you phone and play via that way... but it is rather antiquated.

Or get in touch with Matt, the owner of this forum and of Sports Italia fame and get a Apple Car Play, or Android update to you current car stereo.

It will give you all the features of you phone etc whilst using the cars controls and buttons.

Buy a Bovee 1000 and link it to the lead in the glovebox.

I havent actually connected yet (still in packaging as working on other car bits at the moment), but I will check it out tonight. I am 95% certain it will work as I have written below, tonight I can check and be 100%

As others have said look in your glove box, I have USB socket and headphone jack, there are two versions, my version does not allow connection via the usb socket to the car....BUT the USB socket does provide power....

1. So in that case plug in the blue tooth reciever, which is powered by the USB
2. connect your phone to it via bluetooth.
3. Then plug the headphone wire that comes with it into both the bluetooth reciever and the headphone connection also in your glovebox.
4. Then set your radio using the source button to AUX
5. Listen to spotify and jam out through. If you have any problems check you are connected to the blue tooth reciever.

I have now unpacked, installed and checked in my 2011 GTS, it 100 percent works as expected in my post above see 7 pictures below for reverse sequence, not bad for under £4 delivered!

Note after installing it as BR003 I renamed it, see first picture
