I kind of agree.......take CD player out, mount it on a rubber pad , then hit it with a sledge hammer, then as Chris says, get a CD thingy, new exhaust etc:goodjob::hammer:

Where will be this drain vent in left hand drive 4200, on passenger side under glovebox? I was looking there but everything is covered by plastic parts or carpet, no acces to any other things.

I think you can maybe get to it from the top too, take the skuttle panel (air vent) off..??

Yep. Wipers off then the scuttle. You could then blow the drain out. I think the problem there is that you won't know if it was blocked, or if it's clear, if you get my drift.

Yes. But if it is, you'll get a rather damp footwell. Which is what you're trying to avoid.
Unless you *want* to play russian roulette type games with your window ECU and fuse box (amongst other fearsomely expensive bits of erratci Italian technology) ;)

Good point..!! You can try gently threading a wire down there and see if it goes through, or sticks, but not the easiest to say yes it's clear without taking the bottom off really..!!
