A while back I was considering buying the Dr. Colorchip kit from the US. I've seen various recommendations and user experiences on other sites/forums and it looks like an excellent product. The only issue is the cost and import duty, plus the hassle of returning it if it's no good or the colour doesn't match.
Whilst doing a bit more snooping around the internet recently I came across http://www.chipex.co.uk/ who offer what appears to be the same product, but are based in the UK. Due to the nature of the paint on our Masers being somewhat 'individual' I enquired about them colour matching to a sample. They have told me that this is possible as they have a spectrometer which can analyse the paint. I'm going to buy some for my BMW when the weather improves and will report back with pictures (assuming I don't make some ham-fisted botch job of the whole thing!)
