Used to go there when it was the "Old Stone House" but not been since it was rebranded as a Boutique hotel and restaurant. The Three fishes and Aspinall arms are probably my favourite in that area.

Also on way down some bumpy lanes the park off light came on as usual then a little wrench light came on the right hand side of the park light, it popped on and off

Any ideas ?

Interesting... I've been having random showings of the Park Off light when I'm driving around. Autoshield said to check under the boot floor for water - unscrew and remove the storage tub where you leave tools and assorted shite. I did and it was bone dry. I'm planning on disconnecting the battery for an hour today to give it chance to think about things.

Yes grew up in Clayton Le Moors , born in Whalley, lived in Read, dated a lass in Oswaldtwistle etc... Know all that area well Peter, God's country!

That's better! I was brought up around the area too; born in Burnley, lived on the Hapton boundary near Rosegrove, went to school in Burnley and married a life-wrecker from Blackburn.

Know it well, Rosegrove and Hapton, used to spend time in Padiham with the local "thick necks". Went to school in Blackburn, grim town!

Yep Autoshield checked the for me AdamN and was all ok, let me know how you get on with the battery. Mine seems to come into affect when hit a bump or hard acceleration, now Ive just got to work out what the scraping noise is coming from the passenger wheel having gone down a lane with bumpy pot holes either dislodged something behind the disc like a cover or caught a stone in there somewhere. Paranoid element now kicked in as thinking is it the gearbox that is being noisy and clumpy....

Also how do you like the x-pipes just heard Daves on his GTS and makes a lovely noise...

Good that Autoshield gave it the all clear. I can't quite work out what could be causing mine to come on - I mean in terms of what action causes it. It didn't do it before it went in for the clutch and just came on on the way home. Oddly enough my alarm giro sensor is only an intermittent problem since the roof button plate came out and went back in again. Bizarre.

As for the x-pipe. Love it! Morebeans has the 200 cell Larini sports cats as well as an x-pipe. Sounds fantastic, but I'm not sure how easy it would be to live with day to day (a totally unfounded concern I also had pre x-pipe!).

Re the scraping noise - take the front wheel off and clear out the inevitable stones and small bits of gravel which will have got lodged in various nooks and crannies.

Hey good to catchup today... Ill see about next weekend and hoping its sunny

Yes - enjoyed it. Shame the weather spoiled the turn out. Went up to Long Preston and back down the A65 to get home so nice little run out.

Here's the link to the thread about next Sunday and a link to some pics I took last year to whet your appetite. Hope to see you there.
