I would just like to say thank you to all of those on here who donated to my fund raising for Alzheimer’s Research UK where I rode 100 miles in the Ride London-Essex and another 5for the London to Brighton Bike ride.
To date I have raised just over £800 which will go to a very worthy cause.

Just to prove it isn’t as easy as it looks I’ve added a picture of me getting my almost 19st frame to the top of Ditchling Beacon without stopping. By far the hardest part of both rides.
