A just ending...
Well, not for the people in the cars he hit!

But no injuries.
I've decided to do something similar, but I've not taken pics. In two weeks I've lost 10 lbs.
My aim is to lose about 2 stone. I got on the scales on the 2nd January and was 19 stone 2lbs. (fat f*cker!).
Been going to the gym at least 3 times a week. So far so good.
Amazing transformation by one guy who took a photo of himself each day during his weight loss campaign. It is mad how quick it drops off you with the correct training and eating plans.
"Isou was using a pretty straightforward plan known as a sandwich workout: cardio > weights > cardio – a minimum of three times a week. Simple.
In the beginning Isou admits that he was doing the bare minimum but every week he added more and more time to his cardio and more reps and weight to his, well, weights.
Looking at the before and after pictures from Isou’s transformation you’re probably thinking the whole thing took the best part of a year to achieve but you’d be wrong. From beginning to end the entire physical metamorphosis took just 90 days."

Don't see any reason at all he won't look like that as long as he continues the same lifestyle and exercise plan, the main thing is he has the muscle mass and as long as he has that it will be more efficient at burning fat etc... 90 days is actually very doable and there are lots of plans out there which if stuck to can offer the same results.
That's the hard bit
That's the hard bit , I got down to under 13st 15 years ago but a back injury stopped me in my tracks then the lbs started creeping on until I'm the fat sod I am now
I know I need to do something about it though as you get away with it up to your 50s then it catches up with you
I'm still reasonably fit as I walk quite a lot with the dogs and carrying a camera round oulton , its the calories that are the problem
