As Christmas, it means going out into the wood with an axe and coming back with an actual tree, not going up into the loft to fetch down something plastic!!!

I'm so glad you're not my dad, you'd be very disappointed. I don't even own an axe, or a lumberjack shirt....but at least I don't press wild flowers and have buttered scones for tea...

Strange but true, cats don't like citrus. I've managed to stop the cats defecating in my back garden by throwing tangerine and orange rinds around the garden.

That and by booting them mid-stance....

Yep. Clove studded oranges hung from the tree is quite good at deterring
