Thank God it's new! The trick, it seems, is to not stop. Trouble is, those corners are so tight you want to slow down and make sure you're lined up well for them, but you cannot let the clutch even think about disengaging and starting to slip. Clean trollies needed. A 4x4 Panda would be perfect. A GTS is just so wrong.

Simples; tell yourself you are driving the panda... I don't think I'd have time to look in the mirror on the corner though, I'd be too busy lining myself up for the turn!

Yes, St Mary's at the top of the hill in Great Chart.

I'm not really a church type of bloke but it really is a lovely church. Then to Lympne Castle for the reception.
Everything booked. Deposits paid.

Wallet empty.....

Well done, a man who has his priorities according to the future Mrs Capes at least

Is it 2 ways??? hate to think if an old Italian Fiat was coming up in front of you!

It is... but I post someone at the top to keep it clear, and the bottom on the way down. Once you've committed to the last corner on the uphill (the one with the carport) there's not much scope for turning back. Well, not with any dignity.

And you really don't want to over shoot looking at what's on the other end of that car port!

A long drop down to where the cars are parked :) The run down's a piece of cake. You need to stay as far left as possible - mindful of the bumper-shredding potential of the rocks - and then you can head wide again on the last left-hander. The leaves over to the right are a menace in the wet, I would think. In fact, if it's raining when it's time to leave I'm going nowhere.

Grow a pair and get on with it! ;)

That's the only strategy. The man speaks sense. Heading up and down with someone who's done it numerous times is surreal - while I hang on for dear life they carry on chatting like its the most normal driveway in the world.

Morning all. Day one of the ISO audit over. Day 2 focuses on areas which are less mine :)

Have a great day all

Morning all, much beeping from team relaying footpaths outside - very irritating when I'm trying to eat my breakfast in the sun...
