Morning.

Not been sleeping too well of late I think the enormity of this 1k cycle is playing on my mind.

Got the day off today for final preparation and packing.

Have a good one.

Way to go!

(Sorry, that wasn't well thought out!) ;)

F all...Finding an engine ain't easy..........Or at least a good one...Plenty of 2.2's but the 2.4 isn't so readily available. Not really pushing as will have a pool car from work Friday and then company car once it comes so when it's done it's done.

Morning all.

Best of luck with the final prep Matt...Im sure you will be fine if not a little sore. .. and you can always lake a little longer.

Andy, hope the search for a motor is swift...at least the Co. Car will be there for you.

Congratulations on the B'day Zag...enjoy the auctions, but not too much.

Still no word from the French re the Mazer...grrrrr

Had a little shock last night when two young women with their babies knocked on my door (Gulp what had I been doing 12 months ago? ??) Turned out to be friends of my new neighbours who had a flat tyre whjch I promptly change for them (hoping for some positive car karma)

Morning all. Up early to do a load of emails, and now off out to three more hotel visits. Two at Heathrow and one at Syon Park.

Have a good one all.

Morning all - off for a final interview with the board for a permanent role.

Having contracted for 10 or so years it must be interesting. If I get an offer I have an interesting dilemma. I have not missed the performance review or HR bulldodo at all.

have a good one - sun shining in the East Midlands.

Busy day. Just been to the hotel where the Tyson Fury vs Klitchco press conference was.

Wasn't there for the conference but did see Fury before hand. All I can say is that he's a bit of a unit!

Good morning all (late again!)
lovely autumn day today
Just back from my accountants, keeping my books in order, all is well, expecting a small bill later on but that's ok
Also had my workhorse Renault serviced and tested for another year for £260. It is 14 years old and never missed a beat.
I do nothing to it maintenance wise
A work of good simple engineering - who needs computers, electric windies and fridges etc in a car?
