Worst part is not being able to sleep mate - it's much worse when in bed than when sitting up; as soon as there's any direct pressure on the rib cage it's really uncomfortable :(

I cracked 4 ribs playing football a few years ago, but I did it in April. Right slap bang in the middle of when my hay fever is at its worst.

Grey, overcast, foggy this morning and not that warm either, waiting for the heat wave to arrive later on..!! Had a great weekend, tiring but a really good laugh..!!
Head down to a bit of work doing my year end accounts, must get them done, or be shot at dawn..!!

Fog again (morning all) but clearing to give another bright sunny day,

Morning all

Just leaving Paris heading to London, then last train home tonight to Skipton... oh the glamour. Got a little confused that the train number is 9015 but leaves at 0913, hmmm not sure that wine helped last night.

Morning all from Zagreb. Had chance to have a walk to the old town yesterday and it is a nice place to be.

Off to work in an hour to deliver to some training to the customer then out for a Ruby Murray!
