Morning everyone, cracking nights sleep here in the new house, it's so quiet. Thought the last area was quiet but this is deathly quiet. Bit more work on the house this morning before a lunch with friends. Might even get to wash the car too.

Signal failure and a reversing train to contend with so far... Could be worse; rain, please stay out of this!

Free weekend as friends have the flu... glad not to have to drive to Kent tbh.

So what to do given the rain and wind will be here soon for the weekend?

Good morning all
Talk about question of the day! It is really brass monkey's today
Been to Saltburn for the vittals - plenty of serious storm damage there
been for my cycle ride (perishin')
The afternoon inside I think listening to the mighty Boro and of course paperwork, does it never end?
Be safe all

Bit late for morning, spent the day on the Heath, farmers market and chatting to the yummy mummies in the playground. The nipper's cold and tired now so something warming for lunch.

Ok I'm not invincible, by the time I got to Buxton the water was running out the tops of my boots!!! Managed to suprise mother but hat to sit in a dressing gown till enough clothes had dried to be decent! Did the oil change and straightened the gear and brake pedals (not bad but annoying), still stair rods out there and getting dark 180 miles was getting unrealistic. So a change of plan and Tole is presently driving the Ulysses to Romford with the bike in the back and me in the front... Dry at last! The excuse being he will return with my FS-1E (Fizzy) as he has a buyer for it!

I feel like I have failed though....

Fair play Newton you are a Legend and you have an FSIE too imagine the trip on that.
But when we were slim 16 year olds they were good for nearly 60 mph.

Good morning everyone. Early start again to look over those puppies - the start of day 3 and so far, so good - they're all feeding well and getting stronger.
Not much else planned for the day and it sounds like the weather is set to be somewhat shocking here today so not the worse day to be staying indoors and enjoying a Sunday roast - have a good one everybody

Morning all...Must have been a good night for Andy in Chepstow as he's not on here yet.

Rather blowy here in the SW.

New battery for the phone yesterday and its still at 95% after all night...small things but made my morning.

Morning all, nice day in Bath yesterday with the family looking around the Xmas Markets and then some heavy rain in the afternoon which we just escaped. Off to the gym now and out in the QP later. Have a great day all!
