Morning all, physio appointment with Alex today to discuss likely improvement on his current situation, he really needs to be getting back to work but the range he has on his elbow is limiting and painful. Lots of running around too.

Cheers, he is just frustrated trying to gain a few degrees of range that will make the difference and lack of 'padding' over the metalwork means he cannot lean on his elbow at all!

Great outcome today at work; after seven months of preparation... secured £10.1m to deliver my two projects and authority to continue with a third.

Which island are you on Andy? Incredible sunsets on any island I'm sure; standing knee deep in the Pacific on Waikiki beach with a big cocktail in hand.. What's not to love about that, cannot believe that was 17 years ago!!!

Morning forum. WFH today and I need to pick up the 147 from Chadwell Heath. Credit card currently weeping in the corner as it knows it's in for a spanking later. Oh well.
Then lots of calls to the US this afternoon, plus a personal training session. He'll make me hurt today, but I get to beat him up on Sunday, so it works out even.

Morning,

In early today. New set of fronts on the Ghibli later, should get some progress on the Spider as well. Looking forward to having them all sorted. Impromptu clean of the car last night as I managed to get crop dusted on the way home with something sticky. Still it looks shiny now.

I love this car. Ahead of me three cars and a van strung out following a road sweeper. All seemingly content to pootle along at 40. Quick look, flick the left paddle a couple of times, and away we go. All passed with no drama. Great start to the day :D

Well looks like the rain is moving in here for sure so a quiet day after spin maybe to the cinema to see Dunkirk later. Also got to get some bits ordered for a trip up North at the weekend.
